1. Product Information
- We offer high-quality printed t-shirts. All our products are carefully checked before dispatch. The product images on our website are displayed as accurately as possible, but minor color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
2. No Return Policy
- We strictly do not accept any returns.
Many customers in today’s online shopping environment use the product and then request a return. To avoid such misuse and maintain hygiene and fairness, we follow a No Return Policy. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned under any condition.
3. Exchange Policy (Applicable Under Certain Conditions)
- We understand that sometimes customers may face issues related to size or receive a defective item. So, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving the product.
✅ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
✅ Clear photo or video proof must be shared in case of a damaged, misprinted, or wrong item.
✅ Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
✅ Shipping charges for exchange (both ways) must be paid by the customer.
❌ No exchange will be allowed if the wrong size is ordered by the customer. Please check the size chart before ordering.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of placing them.
After that, the product goes for printing and processing and cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery time depends on your location and the courier company.
• We are not responsible for any delay caused by third-party logistics.
6. Customer Responsibility
• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly.
• We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect details.
